Online Reports and Images – Amicas Vision Reach

California Imaging & Diagnostics’ Picture Archival Communications System (PACS) allows our referring physicians to have access online to patient images and reports. Our marketing team will be happy to assist you in establishing a secure login and password. If you are interested in gaining access to our PACS system for your practice, please contact our medical records department for your marketing representative’s contact information.

Scheduling

Our scheduling department is available from the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. They can be reached toll free at 866-419-3372.

Information needed to schedule a radiology exam:

  • Patient’s full name
  • DOB
  • Exam being ordered
  • Reason for exam
  • Is Pre Auth required?
  • Insurance name and policy numbers
  • Ordering physicians name

HIPAA

At California Imaging & Diagnostics, patient privacy is taken very seriously. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule. The Privacy Rule provides federal protections for personal health information held by covered entities and gives patients various rights in regards to that information.
