HIPAA

At California Imaging & Diagnostics, patient privacy is taken very seriously. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule. The Privacy Rule provides federal protections for personal health information held by covered entities and gives patients various rights in regards to that information.
